Joseph Hyott serves as the Offensive Coordinator and Recruiting Director for the American Raiders. A football strategist with a sharp mind for play design and talent evaluation, Joseph is responsible for building the offensive identity of the Raiders and assembling the roster that will represent the United States.
As Offensive Coordinator, Joseph designs the Raiders’ offensive playbook, schemes, and game plans. He brings a modern approach to the offense, blending pro-style concepts with creative formations to maximize the talent on the roster. His ability to adapt game plans to exploit defensive weaknesses makes him one of the most valuable members of the coaching staff.
In his role as Recruiting Director, Joseph leads the effort to identify and attract top amateur football talent from across the country. He evaluates film, conducts outreach, and manages the tryout process — ensuring that only the most skilled and committed athletes earn a spot on the Raiders’ roster.
Joseph is passionate about giving athletes a second chance to compete at the highest level and believes that the American Raiders represent something truly special in the world of amateur sports.
