Ronnie McCuin is the Defensive Coordinator and Recruiting specialist for the American Raiders. A veteran football mind with decades of experience in defensive scheme design and player development, Ronnie is the architect of the Raiders’ defense.
Known for his aggressive, disciplined defensive philosophy, Ronnie builds defenses that are physical at the point of attack and relentless in pursuit. His units are built on fundamentals — proper gap discipline, tackling technique, and situational awareness — and his players consistently play above their talent level because of his coaching.
Ronnie’s coaching career spans multiple levels of football, and he brings a wealth of knowledge about defensive alignments, blitz packages, and coverage schemes. He has a gift for identifying defensive talent and developing raw athletes into polished football players.
In addition to his defensive coordinator duties, Ronnie assists with the Raiders’ recruiting efforts, leveraging his extensive network in the football community to identify potential players who have the skills and character to represent the United States at the international level.
